Detailed Description

Responsible for the design and development of complex enterprise distributed applications. Implement large scale projects based on SOA implementation and integration tools. Translate business requirements into software design specifications using standard design methodologies, including use cases, sequence diagrams, standard design patters and entity relationship diagrams. Design, develop, test and document system components, including messages and integration services, business objects, and data models for multi-tier, business-to-business (B2B) applications and service-oriented architectures (SOA). Support test engineers in the development of functional test plans, test cases, and defect resolution. Collaborate with developers, system engineers and software and/or business testers on system integration and end-to-end testing. Work with system engineers to define infrastructure requirements based on technical specifications. Design and conduct system load tests and tune system components to improve performance, scalability, security and stability. Follow programming standards and best practices, and conduct system quality review during software development lifecycle. Work with project manager to estimate development work effort, plan delivery schedule, report status and assess/mitigate development risks. Analyze and resolve product issues and provide production support for enterprise applications.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related degree followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or a related position, such as Software Engineer, Developer, Programmer or Analyst.

Experience and/or education must include the following:


1. Developing webservices based on Java EE standards  

2. Oracle Service Bus (OSB) development and techniques, including OSB workshop and building proxy services and business services in OSB

3. Configuration of OSB transports to integrate with heterogeneous systems

4. Generating, importing and exporting jar files

5. Content based routing

6. XQUERY or XSLT; XML and XML namespaces; WSDL

7. Use of proxies with WS security; proxies with SOAP or REST transports

8. Asynchronous and synchronous pipelines
